Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii- Economy Shipping (5-12 business days) - 12 dollars.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping orders over $50 anywhere in the USA.

We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping to Canada, Mexico is accomplished with the help of the DHL logistics company. The cost and delivery time is calculated automatically on the goods in the shopping cart of the site.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Shipping to Europe is facilitated through the logistics services of DHL. The expenses and delivery duration are automatically computed based on the items in the shopping cart on the website.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s.) The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES

Svirsonfilter is not liable for any products damaged
or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged,
please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save
all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are eligible for a full refund, including Shipping & Handling , ONLY if the order has been cancelled prior to shipping. We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests once the package is in transit with the carrier. After checkout, if you make a mistake or change your mind, you have 30 minutes to cancel the order.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
