Warranty
In the case of filter cartridges that prove defective in materials or workmanship, Sub Zero 7007067 will repair or replace it for a period of one year after purchase. The warranty does not cover routine replacements resulting from normal use. Call 800-222-7820 to file a warranty claim. All fifty states, the District of Columbia, and Canada's ten provinces are covered under the warranty.
This warranty does not cover any parts or labor to correct any defect caused by local poor water Incorrect maintenance, installation, service, or repair due to quality, negligence, accident, or improper use. Fairly priced and prompt
Filters were packed poorly for shipping (actually not packed at all, just placed in a large box) and arrived with the box crushed. Filters seemed to be undamaged and were installed. No way to tell if they are functioning properly.
